Device programmer software upgrade

BP Microsystems has improved the speed of its 7th generation automated programming systems with the release of BP Win 4.60. By altering the site sequence prioritization routine to allow the autohandler to pick and place parts more efficiently, the 4710 and 4700 programmers are now able to program up to 1400 devices/hr, an increase from 1200 devices/hr. In addition, the 3710 and 3700 programmers are now able to program up to 1100 devices/hr, an increase from 950 devices/hr.
