Power amplifiers cover up to 10.6 GHz

AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation has expanded its line of 4G11 solid-state broadband amplifiers. To satisfy the demands of low-power, high-frequency applications, the 4G11 family now includes six units that deliver 1, 5, 10, 20, 40, and 80 W of power, all designed to handle the 4.0-GHz-to-10.6-GHz frequency range.
The full Class A 4G11 amplifiers deliver excellent linearity to the rated power and instantaneous bandwidth, along with the ability to provide all the power promised without ever folding back. The 4G11 amplifier family is aimed at wireless and electromagnetic compliance (EMC) testing, as both industries move to higher frequencies.
