Optima's S-series of industrial cabinets features a modular design to allow variations in size, depth, and options to achieve a customized, shielded enclosure for test instrumentation, industrial controls, and electronics.
With a shielding effectiveness of 46 dB (30 MHz to 1000 MHz), the cabinet line meets or exceeds FCC Class A and Class B requirements for equipment protection. BeCu gaskets and shielded ventilation team with an extrusion-based frame system to deliver good EMC performance. Bezels are rated to 6600 lb static load, while corrosion resistance is achieved by using a durable acrylic coating based on thermo-setting, cross-linking resins.
The S-series of cabinets offers a choice of bezel styles and options for frame size, mounting rails, base, top panel, bottom panel, side panel, doors, color, and accessories. Cabinet heights range from 12U to 44U with widths of 19 in., 23 in., and 24 in. and depths of 24 in., 30 in., 36 in., and 42 in. Several rail types and hole patterns are available to meet a wide range of requirements.
Additional options include dust and moisture protection, cooling systems, integrated cable management, power conditioning, hard mounting, and electrical plug strips.
