Corelis' universal ISP tool serves as all-in-one programmer

ScanExpress Programmer is an in-system programming tool from Corelis that works with CPLD, FPGA, serial EPROM, and flash memory devices. It also supports the most common programming methodologies, including SPI, I2C, JTAG, and CPU assisted. With ScanExpress Programmer, you can use a single software and hardware package to program all the different programmable devices on your target.

ScanExpress Programmer offers such features as dumping memory contents to a file, fault detection and diagnostics, and gang programming where devices on multiple boards can be programmed and verified in parallel. Using Corelis’ high-performance boundary-scan controllers, you can achieve test clock (TCK) rates of up to 100 MHz.

ScanExpress Programmer is available with PCI, USB 2.0, and Ethernet-based controllers. Base price: $5000.
