System tests gate charge and gate resistance

Integrated Technology has introduced the ITC59100 production test system for gate charge (QG) and internal gate resistance (RG). The system automatically tests both QG and RG according to programmed parameters, and it can report the values of RDS ON and gate input capacitance.
The ITC59100 can test up to four separate devices in parallel with no multiplexing, at test times of less than 50 ms; it also can test any combination of N-channel and P-channel devices simultaneously.
