Goepel adds PXI JTAG controllers

Goepel electronic has introduced its SFX/PXI 1149/CX-x 1-slot/3U PXI boundary-scan controllers. Members of the company’s ScanFlex family, 2-TAP and 4-TAP versions are available in 20-, 50-, and 80-MHz performance classes.
