PXI solid-state multiplexers

Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 5/1/2007

Pickering Interfaces’ 40-680 family of high-density solid-state multiplexers is aimed at low-current and low-voltage applications where speed of operation and low contact bounce are essential. The switch modules can be used to switch DMMs for four-terminal resistor measurements or as an input switch to data-acquisition systems.

The 40-680 is available in 160-channel single-bank, eight-channel 20-bank, and 40-channel four-pole versions. It can handle voltages to greater than ±15 V and has a low typical on resistance of 150 . Pickering Interfaces, www.pickeringtest.com.
