In addition to a USB 2.0 interface for easy installation in industrial environments, the PicSight camera series from Leutron Vision leverages a modular construction that lets you choose from over two dozen sensor types to meet your application requirements.
Both CCD and CMOS sensors are available in monochrome and color versions, with sizes ranging from 1/4 in. to 2/3 in. and resolutions ranging from VGA to UXGA for CCD sensors and more than 5 million pixels for CMOS sensors. Frame rates are as high as 200 fps. All sensor modules provide high image quality with up to 12-bit data output; full programmability of sensor parameters, such as shutter, exposure time, and gain; and a standard C-mount or CS-mount lens.
PicSight USB cameras come with 16 Mbytes of on-board memory to enable error-free image transfer. Power is supplied over the USB interface. The industrial metal housing is 49 mm long with a cross-section that is 44x31 mm.
