ASE Test selects V93000 Port Scale RF

Verigy today announced that ASE Test has purchased the Verigy Port Scale RF for testing its customers' highly integrated wireless communications devices.

“To continue to provide our customers with the best test services and access to the latest in technology advancements, we invest in the highest quality test solutions,” said Tien Wu, COO of ASE Test. “Our customer had already adopted the V93000 Port Scale RF for testing the latest advanced cell phone chip set. This device is the first that we are testing in production using the Port Scale RF and we are very pleased with the performance and quality of results.”
