Designed for broad wavelength range and multichannel spectrometer designs, the LC series of InGaAs linear photodiode arrays covers a wavelength range from 0.9 microns to 2.6 microns. The SU256LCS-2.6T2 detector array is available with 256 elements of extended-response InGaAs material.
The LC photodiode array package includes two-stage thermoelectric cooling and thermally optimized materials for multichannel spectrometers that require high sensitivity, low power consumption, and long-term stability. The LC InGaAs photodiode array has a large active area with a pixel size of 50X250 microns. Readout integrated circuitry provides an auto-zero function that significantly reduces dark current and fixed pattern non-uniformity. A serial command input allows you to select one of four gain settings and to control readout timing and exposure.
Applications for the LC series of arrays include biomedical analysis, industrial process control, and possible alternative instrumentation to Fourier-transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) instruments.
