LeCroy increases scope coverage from 200 MHz to 2 GHz

With the addition of six new models, LeCroy’s M-Type oscilloscope lineup now provides coverage from 200 MHz to 2 GHz. What’s more, the oscilloscopes come with a full set of analysis tools, including WaveScan, an advanced search and analysis feature; WaveStream, a fast viewing mode; and LabNotebook, a tool for documentation and report generation.
The WaveRunner MXi oscilloscopes ship standard with a variety of analysis tools and applications programs, such as tracks, histograms, long-memory FFTs, user-defined functions, mixed-signal options, power device analysis, jitter and timing analysis, and a host of other applications. With a maximum sample rate of 10 Gsamples/s and standard memory of 12.5 Mpoints/channel (interleaving to 25 Mpoints/channel), the WaveRunner MXi series enables comprehensive debugging and validation.
The WaveSurfer MXs oscilloscopes offer a sample rate of 5 Gsamples/s on each channel and standard memory of 10 Mpoints/channel. Advanced triggering helps you find rare events and glitches, while the built-in HDTV trigger speeds the design of new products. WaveSurfer MXs scopes come with an advanced math package, including 1-million-point FFTs.
