The MFP1200 AC/DC power supply from AMREL encloses 1.2 kW of power in a 16x7.5x3.5-in. package.
This silent, sealed, and rugged COTS supply meets MIL-STD- 810D requirements for shock and vibration protection, as well as MIL-STD 461E for protection against EMI/RFI conditions. The conformal coated internal DC power engine is enclosed in a rain, dust, sleet, and sand resistant package, sealed watertight, and then tested under temperature cycles from –40°C to +65°C.
The MFP1200 accepts an input of 95 VAC to 250 VAC, 45 Hz to 440 Hz, and can also run off of 95 VDC to 250 VDC. Power factor correction is greater than 95 percent at full operating power.
For applications with a 400-Hz AC generator or a DC power source, simply plug in the MFP1200 and power devices on your aerial or ground vehicle with an adjustable DC output voltage from 24 VDC to 28 VDC at 1.2 kW peak or 750 W continuous. Maximum output current is 50 A DC at 1.2 kW. The MFP1200 generates a precision-regulated DC output with periodic and random deviation (PARD) at 20 MHz of less than 50 mV pk-pk and 5 mV RMS.
