Software calibrates IOtech's dynamic signal analyzers

The Calibration Module from IOtech is a software program that lets you perform factory-grade calibration and verification of the company’s 600 Series of dynamic signal analyzers. The software provides intuitive automated and manual modes of operation for calibrating and verifying the Models 640e, 640u, 650e, and 650u.

A software add-on for National Instruments’ Calibration Executive software, the Calibration Module for the 600 Series is intended for use in metrology laboratories. Upon completion of calibration, the program creates a report that documents specific device information, each calibration and verification step executed, and pre- and post-calibration data. You can also use the software to verify the ZonicBook/618E high-channel vibration analysis and monitoring system and the WaveBook/516E, an Ethernet-based portable waveform acquisition system.

The Calibration Module for the 600 Series costs $999, while the NI Calibration Executive V3.2x costs $2499.The 600 Series analyzers come in versions for NVH testing and rotating machinery and maintenance with either USB or Ethernet interfaces. All versions cost $5999.
