Outfitted with dual channels and analog-style knobs and controls, the Model 2534 digital storage oscilloscope from B&K Precision lets you capture, save, and analyze waveforms and measurements using the supplied PC software. The scope provides a bandwidth of 60 MHz and a sampling rate of 400 Msample/s. One-touch automatic setup makes the scope easy to use, while advanced triggering, digital filtering, waveform recording, delayed sweep/zoom, mask testing, automatic measurements, and FFT functions create multiple options for circuit debugging.
The Auto button identifies the input signal and automatically sets up the vertical, horizontal, and trigger controls to produce a useable display. You can automatically adjust the timebase to view the waveform area of interest by selecting the single cycle or multiple cycle option. Triggering capabilities include pulse width and line-selectable video trigger. In addition, you can save files to external memory complete with a time and date stamp.
Other features of the Model 2534 include a 4000-point record length for each channel, a color LCD, a front-panel USB port for connecting a flash drive, 24 automatic measurements, cursors with readouts, and a multiple language interface. An auto-calibration function automatically calibrates the instrument’s vertical and horizontal system for optimum measurement accuracy.
The unit is 12.2x5.8x10.6 in. and weighs 8 lbs. It comes with a 10:1 probe set, power cord, USB interface cable, and PC software installation disk. The Model 2534 costs $799.
