Need an RF vector signal generator design?

I just received notice that  precisionWave Corporation, a small company in Colorado Springs, is going out of business. precisionWave was a maker of RF signal sources that ran into financial difficulties. The company has announced on its Web site that its RF vector signal generator intellectual property (IP) for sale.

I'm always saddend to see any situation that throws people--especially engineers--out of work. Hopefully the company's employees will soon find jobs, perhaps with a large test and measurement company in their local area.
