An original test bench
May 16, 2008

Take a look at this early 20th century test bench. Designed to test aircraft-engine electrical components, it sports a modular, multi-instrument design that presages VXI and PXI. It has the added advantage of providing a work surface and storage space for tools—two features lacking in your average PXI chassis. Thanks to Jon Titus for pointing out this “EAA’s Attic” piece.
