Patent dispute continues

RIM's has suffered another setback in its patent dispute with NTP, as the US Supreme Court has refused to consider RIM's latest appeal. Meanwhile, the US Patent and Trademark Office continues its review of NTP's patents, having last month that it intended to reject them.
