NAVSEA looking to hire 1500

On November 10, the NAVSEA Navy facility in Corona, CA will hold a job fair, mostly for scientists and engineers. NAVSEA public affairs officer Troy Clarke e-mailed me to say “Across NAVSEA, we’re looking to hire at least 1,500 people, mostly scientists and engineers, in the coming year. We’re looking for entry-level through mid-career.”

The job fair will take place in Norco, CA near the Navy base, east of Los Angeles.

The NAVSEA facility in Corona is the home of calibration for the Navy. See Keeping the Navy Calibrated” in the September 2007 issue of T&MW.
