Presto Engineering and Verigy to hold scan-test seminars
Presto Engineering and Verigy are teaming up to provide series of lunchtime seminars on how to address critical challenges in resolving design or yield issues with scan-based SOCs. Sessions will be held at Presto Engineering’s San Jose facility and are also accessible online.
A session March 12 targets product, test, and DFT engineers and managers and will describe the application of the Ocelot ZFP structural test system (which Verigy acquired with its acquisition of Inovys) to scan-based testing. A session on March 18, which will repeat on March 24, will describe Verigy’s approach to finding scan-chain shift failures. It targets engineers working to resolve design or yield issues in complex SOCs that use scan chain testing.
You can register by sending an e-mail message to lunchandlearn@presto-eng.com.
