The ideal candidate will have excelled in one or more of the following areas over the past year:
• Served as a driving force in bringing together personnel in design, marketing, production, and other departments to ensure that high-quality, testable products get developed, characterized, validated, and shipped.
• Served as a mentor to other engineers, helping to close the engineering knowledge gap.
• Participated actively in industry events, such as trade shows, technical conferences, and standards groups.
• Supported educational initiatives to encourage students to enter the engineering profession, or worked with adademia to convert R&D into high-quality marketable products.
• Developed a new technique or process to solve tough test, measurement, and inspection challenges.
