R&S to unveil signal and spectrum analyzer at EuMW 2012

At next month’s European Microwave Week, Rohde & Schwarz will highlight a number of test and measurement products for microwave applications, including the preview of its 43-GHz FSW43 signal and spectrum analyzer.

Experts from Rohde & Schwarz will also conduct nine workshops and seminars covering various microwave applications at the conference, which runs from 10/28/12 to 11/02/12 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

With its touch-screen display and integrated MSRA (multistandard radio analyzer), the FSW43 signal and spectrum analyzer simplifies complex measurement tasks in satellite communications and radar applications. The instrument covers a frequency range of 2 Hz to 43 GHz, and its MSRA enables engineers to measure spectrum and modulation parameters of differently modulated signals, including their time references.

Workshops and seminars conducted by Rohde & Schwarz will address a wide range of microwave-related topics, including on-wafer measurements of components in the millimeter-wave range up to 500 GHz and the generation and analysis of complex pulsed signals for radar applications.
