EU standards list available

The Official Journal of the European Union, a daily publication covering legislative activity for the EU as well as providing information and notices about new legislation, recently published a list of all EMC standards in effect in the EU. The list includes information on the expiration date of existing standards and the implementation of their replacements. The list appeared in the November 12, 2003, issue and includes EN61000 (Electromagnetic Compatibility), scheduled for replacement in July 2004. publications.eu.int/general/en/publications_en.htm.
