Adlink two-slot card captures HDMI video/audio input

Offered in PCI Express and PXI Express versions, the HDV62A from Adlink Technologies performs simultaneous acquisition of high-definition analog/digital uncompressed video and digital audio signals for multimedia device testing. The single-channel card, which requires two peripheral slots, supports HD up to 1920×1080 pixels at 60 fps, 10-bit analog-to-digital conversion, and HDCP (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection) for secure data transmission.
The HDV62A accepts DVI 1.0 and HDMI 1.3 digital video input, as well as NTSC/PAL, S-video, RGB, YPbPr analog video input. In addition, it accommodates HDMI and S/PDIF audio input. An onboard DDR2 frame buffer stores 512 Mbytes.
The card comes with Adlink’s ViewCreator Pro utility, which enables system testing and debugging with no software programming required. A software development kit for the HDV62A is compatible with Microsoft DirectShow and includes driver support for Windows 7, Vista, and XP. Third-party software supports LabView.
