PXI Express board digitizes 100 Msamples/s

Adlink Technology’s PXIe-9848 is a 14-bit digitizer that handles 100 Msamples/s and with ample onboard acquisition memory of up to 512 Mbytes, can manage simultaneous eight-channel data streaming. The high density and high speed of the board make it suitable for applications such as LIDAR, radar signal acquisition, and PSU (power supply unit) testing.

The PXIe-9848 furnishes programmable input ranges from ±0.2 V to ±2 V, software-selectable 50-Ω or 1-MΩ input impedance, a wide variety of triggering options, and tight synchronization capability. Engineers can synchronize multiple PXIe-9848 digitizers to build a test system providing up to 64 channels in a single nine-slot PXI Express chassis. PXIe trigger functions enable all channels to sample simultaneously and synch to each digitizer.

Compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7, the PXIe-9848 offers extended application support with Adlink’s WD-DASK driver for Windows and DAQPilot software development kit. WD-DASK supplies everything needed to develop API-based applications, while the DAQPilot SDK incorporates Express VI and Polymorphic VI for LabView support.
