Digital power meters achieve 0.1% accuracy

Staff - January 17, 2013

Models in Yokogawa’s WT300 series of digital power meters deliver basic measurement accuracy of 0.1% of reading + 0.2% of range, low-current measurements down to 50 µA, and high-current measurements up to 40 A RMS. The instruments measure all AC and DC parameters and have a DC measurement range of 0.5 Hz to 100 kHz.

The series comprises four models, giving you a choice of one, two, or three inputs, as well as a single-input, high-current meter. They also feature high-speed autoranging in integration mode. Units can be used for testing to international standards, such as IEC62301, Energy Star, and SPECpower

A wide range of communication interfaces allows the WT300 series of power meters to be integrated into laboratory test benches or automated test setups on production lines. USB and GPIB or RS-232 interfaces are standard, while Ethernet is optional.
